My daily routine.
Another week of daily routine.
First of all, wake up at 0625hr, as usual. Went out at 0651hr for work. ---> Energy Level: 100%
In the MRT, stand alone at one corner trying very hard to sleep. But i am a light sleeper, waking up when there any noise or movement. Reached Hobourfront MRT at 0725hr, the lastest timing that can get unless i wake up late. ---> Energy Level: 80%
Reach office at almost 0750hr. ---> Energy Level: 40%
Before Break, exercise and den went for breakfast. ---> Energy Level: 60% (Reason for increase: Coffee bing/ milo bing)
After break, work again until lunch time @ 1200hr. ---> Energy Level: 40%
Swimming during lunch. ----> Energy Level: 50%
After Lunch ---> Energy Level: 45%
My Da Bao and Barley break. ---> Energy Level: 55%
Work, work, work and it's non stop due to my peak period till 1630hr. ---> Energy Level: 05%
At 1730hr, going home but need to stay back sometimes to finish stuff. ---> Energy Level: 25% (Increase because it's about time to go home...hehe)
And for this few week, my energy has been drained till i can fall asleep in the train. Wow.
But, in conclusion, I can catch up with the pace of the cases coming in. Hehe.
This is my daily routine in the weekdays. Nothing fun.
