Trip to Cameron Highlands

It's been a long, long time since i blogged liao... ...should i say i am busy or i am lazy. Both also can. Hehe

This 2 months has been flooded with activities which "popped" out of nowhere.

First of all, Wishing every mothers out dere a happi mothers' dae.

Recently, last weekend, went to cameron highlands with my family members, relative, my mum's friends and as well as my aunt's neighbours. We went by coach and reach there 8 hours lata with breaks every half an hours. Set off on friday nitez, waiting for the coach to come.

We reach the Woodlands checkpoint at around midnitez. Totally no one but only us. Cool. We can even laugh and talked to the officers. Then at the Malaysia checkpoint, the same thing. hehe.

First stop...We drop off at "yong peng" to have toilet break and food, for those who are hungry lyk me.

8 hours lata. We reach the foot of cameron highlands. It's lyk Tokyo drift there. Less than 5 seconds lata, there will be a curve. And imagine the driver was driving every fast and the bus was lyk going to drop off the mountain. Cameron Highlands was divided into 4 sections: one where there will be lotsa resort and hotel; one where there's hospital and etc. and as for the other 2, i forget liao. hehe.

We drop off at Cameron Valley first for toilet break but i spent time taking photo. It's super relaxing as the air is super fresh and cooling. Then we went to Hongkong cafe to makan. The place was full of houseflys that it can grind into housefly juice.

Next, we went to tourist's spot. Firstly, rosemary garden, a place full of all kinds of flowers. Picking the flowers cost RM300 over there. My mum will be the one to look out for. The flower thief. Hehe. Over there, the things are all Xtra large and many compared to Sigapore. The have a huge flower vase which as according to our tour guide, does not store flower at all. It's just for show. Den why the hell do they create it sia. Den they have this huge bin-like container which my mum's friend and I thought it's a dustbin. Up to now, i still don't noe what's that. But i doubt no one will dare throw anything in. The cleaner will have a hard time clearing. hehe.

After viewing the flowers, we went to see bee farm. Looks scary as the bee are open air and flying around. Saw Sunflower and other flowers too. At the entrance, i was shocked to see people eating fresh corn (no boiling or steaming involved). Wow.

The much awaited, Strawberry farm. The strawberries are sour. It's just that they goes along with honey and chocolate which makes it sweet. Den there was displays houseflys openly. There's a big suface area of sticky tape and it's full of houseflys. Packed lyk sardines lor.

Last stop. Cactus farm. It's a wow thing, just beside our hotel, Regency hotel. All kinds of cactus and flowers as well. After that, we had lunch and check in to the hotel. It's just lyk a apartment. A living room, kitchen and 4 rooms. Took a bath and went down to see the their pasar malam which stretches a long way back to the end of the road. There's a wide range of things but when you contiues on, things will start to get the same. Roses, food, vegetables, toys and etc. We filled our stomach to the max. My stomach was bulging out lky a pregnant lady. We even have a party during the night with beers and food. Fun and entertaining. Slept after watching the Fulham vs liverpool match. Nice sleep there.

The next day. Set off early to KL and went to the Chinatown there. Good place to go shopping for with all the pirated CDs of Spiderman 3 and pirates of Carribean. So tempting sia. But we spent an hour dere only. Before that, we also went to the chocolate building. The chocolate dere is expensive. Bought a few back though.

After that, we were on our way back to Singapore. reach home at around midnight.
